Yes. We deliver remotely to clients across SADC (South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique), as well as the UK, EU and Middle East. Most of our work is delivered remotely with periodic on-site visits where needed.
Projects range from US$1,500 for small fixes and advisory through to enterprise engagements above US$150,000. Every project has a fixed-price scope agreed up front. We don't do open-ended hourly billing unless you specifically request it.
Always. We sign your NDA before discovery starts, and our standard terms include confidentiality, IP transfer and data-handling clauses aligned to POPIA and GDPR.
Every project includes a 90-day hyper-care window with daily monitoring and rapid bug fixes. After that, most clients move onto a managed-support retainer with SLA-backed response times.
Yes — we do a lot of rescue work. We audit the existing codebase, document what we find, agree a stabilisation plan, and then either fix or rebuild based on what makes economic sense.
