Learn to build the future — at any age.
Coding for children, job-ready pathways for aspiring developers, AI and cybersecurity for professionals, and training for whole organisations — taught by people who build these systems every day. Every learner leaves with real work to show.
A ladder for every learner.
Each track climbs from first steps to real, shipped work — and every rung ends with something the learner built and can show.
Young Innovators
A ladder that grows with your child — from first blocks of code to shipping real projects.
Aspiring Developers
From zero to a portfolio that gets you hired.
Working Professionals

The Aspiring Developer pathway
From Programming Foundations to Full-Stack and a client-grade capstone — or the full six-month career-changer bootcamp.
Professional programmes
AI Fluency, IT Fundamentals, Cybersecurity and Cloud — each built toward a recognised exam.
Organisation programmes
Closed cohorts in AI fluency, cyber awareness with phishing simulations and technical upskilling — tailored and quoted for your team.
AI for Leaders & Boards
A focused briefing on AI strategy, risk, governance and investment framing for executives and directors.
A Schools Partnership
Coding and robotics clubs, O/A-Level Computer Science practical support and our learning platform for your learners — with teacher support and termly showcases.
Why learners stay — and what they leave with.
Learn by building
Every course is project-heavy. Learners ship games, sites, apps and systems — not worksheets.
Mentors who ship
Instructors are practitioners delivering real systems for banks, government bodies and businesses.
A Code Labs Developer certificate
Every graduate also leaves with a portfolio of real, working projects.
Showcase days
Learners present what they built to family, peers and employers at the end of every level.
Formats that fit
Weekend hubs, school clubs, evenings, intensives and live online — in Harare, Gaborone and beyond.
A pathway to work
Top developer graduates are considered for Code Labs Alliance delivery teams and partner placements.
Proof of skill that speaks for itself.
Every programme ends with real, shipped work — games, websites, apps and systems the learner built and can show to parents, employers and clients.

Everything parents, learners and L&D teams ask us.
Every programme is quoted to the learner or group — enquire and we’ll send current intake dates and a tailored quote.
Who is The Code Labs Academy for?
Four groups: children and teens aged 6–17, aspiring developers starting from zero, working professionals upskilling in AI, IT and cybersecurity, and organisations training their teams.
What do learners receive at the end?
A Code Labs Developer certificate.
How do I find out about fees and intake dates?
Every programme is quoted to the learner or group — format, intake and group size all play a part. Send an enquiry and we will reply with upcoming intake dates and a tailored quote. Organisations and schools receive a tailored proposal for private cohorts and clubs.
Can my child try a lesson first?
Yes. New Young Innovators can join a free taster session before enrolling — and our holiday camps are a fun, low-commitment first taste that many families turn into termly enrolment.
Do you work with schools?
Yes. We run coding and robotics clubs in partner schools, support O- and A-Level Computer Science practicals, and offer our learning platform and teacher support to schools. Choose “A school” on the enquiry form and we will propose a programme for your learners.
Where are classes held?
At our hubs in Harare and Gaborone, in partner schools, and live online. Organisation cohorts can be delivered at your premises.
Does my child need a laptop?
For Sparks and Builders we provide devices during sessions. From Makers upwards a laptop is recommended — we will advise on minimum specifications when you enrol.
Can you train our whole team?
Yes. We run closed cohorts and annual learning programmes for organisations — AI fluency, cyber awareness with phishing simulations, IT fundamentals and technical upskilling — tailored to your sector and scheduled around your operations.
Tell us about the learner — we’ll send dates and a tailored quote.
Teach four audiences on one engine. Keep the talent home.
Whether it’s your child’s first line of code or your board’s AI strategy, we’ll recommend the right starting point and send intake dates within one business day.
